Josh Hall has sold over $20 million dollars in real estate. Josh’s dedication to knowing the many facets of the real estate market is evidenced by his networking with numerous professionals and specialists in residential properties, building and developing, commercial properties, investing and vacant land. Josh is a member of the Board of Realtors and he is a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Josh also is a Real Estate Sales Trainer and Coach and has participated in many programs which build and develop essential skills in real estate sales. Josh has surrounded himself with a team of professionals that assist him in bringing the desired results to each of his clients. He is a proven effective negotiator who is dedicated to meeting and exceeding his client’s needs. He is friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking. Josh has also been involved in his community through volunteer service with Young Life, Tacoma Mountain Rescue and the Reality Sports Foundation. Josh has been a mentor to High School students and comes along side them and gives them the tools to make positive choices and decisions for their lives.
